Founder: James Miller


James has been in the automotive repair industry since 2005 and has a degree in Automotive Technology and Business Management. Starting as a Technician, then to Service Advisor and finally Service Director for many dealer groups. He is also certified as EV Expert with General Motors and continues ongoing training with specific manufacturers.

His recent work includes:

1) Turning a dealership service department profitable for the first time in its history of almost 15 years.

2) Oversaw multiple dealerships service departments within a dealership group, increasing technician production from 49% to 90% within 45 days of starting.
