You'll immediately be redirected to our booking calendar to schedule your 60-minute Zoom/Google Meets session. You'll also receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare.

Question 2: What do I need to bring to the session?

Just your last 3 months of revenue figures and/or financial statements, your current technician count, and your average repair order amount if you know it. We'll handle the rest.

Question 3: How soon will I see results?

Most clients identify $10,000-$30,000 in recoverable monthly revenue during the diagnostic itself. Your written report gives you action items you can start implementing the same day.

Question 4: What if I want ongoing help after the session?

Many clients choose to continue with a monthly retainer after the diagnostic. We'll discuss that option at the end of our session - there's no obligation.
